This classic Squaw Valley locale, has been a standing tradition for many of the local skiers and snowboarders to grab a drink and unwind after a full day on the slopes. Powder Magazine recognized this infamous spot as “a vortex that draws people in at the end of the day where they can brag about what they skied.” Le Chamois is the perfect place to share some beers with your friends with the ever popular Buddy Pass and share a few laughs with the entertaining group of Squaw Valley locals.

Modern and traditional sushi, sashimi, hand rolls, nigri, and cold and cooked tapas. Mamasake has an eclectic menu that reflects Japanese, Italian, and Latin American influences. A healthy and delicious choice. Mamasake will also be running a food truck this year near the entrance of Squaw, adding a touch of the Squaw Valley lifestyle to food on the fly. Those who have time to sit and eat will enjoy Mamasake's massive projector screens, which usually play action sports films or sports games while customers feast.
Mountain Nectar is the perfect place to start the morning off right. Fresh squeezed juices and smoothies are just the start to this delicious menu. Specialty coffee and tea beverages are also served with freshly baked bagels, made to order wraps, and other food options for the skier on the go.
The Plaza Bar, located on the second floor of Olympic House, is a great place to put up your feet and hang out with friends after a day on the slopes.

The menu is ever-changing with the seasons, which allows for the freshest of ingredients native to local farms to be rendered in PlumpJack’s signature dishes. Hand crafted soups, sandwiches, and baked goods. The quinoa bowls are hearty, tasty, and great fuel for your fun day. They have a daily soup menu that has something for everyone and all of their soups are gluten free. Soupa aims to highlight traditional methods of slow cooking to enhance the flavors of ingredients. Everything is made from scratch and they use organic and local ingredients as often as possible.
Starbucks offers an array of hot and cold drinks as well as eats. Two convenient locations: in the Village and at the top of the Funitel. The Village location has an indoor/outdoor fireplace that makes this coffeehouse an excellent place to warm up and take in the scenery of Squaw Valley and the happenings in the village.
The Pocket is conveniently located in the lower level of Olympic House where you can grab a drink with lunch or after a great day out on the hill. Whichever you choose, The Pocket is a cozy spot to rest and unwind.
