Fireside Pizza 

Pizza, pasta, salads, wine, and beer. Fireside also has gluten free crusts and specialty toppings like pear and gorgonzola.   Voted “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Family Dining” in Tahoe, Fireside Pizza is a warm family friendly restaurant. Appetizer

• Hummus, Feta and Olives -Creamy hummus, sharp feta cheese, and house marinated kalmata olives served with warm herbed pita flat bread.
• Fireside Garlic Chips- Medium sized crust topped with garlic butter and our four cheese blend. Served with ranch dressing.
• Lodge Wings - Hearty chicken wings flame roasted and served with a gorgonzola dipping sauce.
• Garlic Cheese Bread - Truckee Sourdough Co. rosemary bread with garlic butter, topped with mozzarella, fontina, provolone and parmesan cheeses and toasted to perfection.
• Beer Battered Garlic Fries - Mouth watering beer battered garlic fries, golden brown and made to order.

Salad

• Pear and Gorgonzola - Fireside's mixed greens tossed with red onions and balsamic dressing, served with bosc pear slices then topped with gongonzola cheese and candied walnuts.
• The Greek - Romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade citrus dressing, then topped with chickpeas, cucumber, red and green onions, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, fresh tomatoes and parsley.
• House Salad - Fireside's mixed greens diced tomatoes and red onions with a balsamic vinaigrette. Garnished with house made croutons. 
• California Cobb - Fireside's mixed greens tossed with gorgonzola dressing, then topped with grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, bacon, egg and gorgonzola cheese.
• Classic Caesar- Crisp romaine tossed with Fireside's special Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and croutons.

• Fireside Pizza - Fresh Italian sausage and pepperoni combined with fire roasted onions and peppers and portabello mushrooms.
• Smokey BBQ Chicken- Oven roasted chicken, crisp bacon, red onions, hickory BBQ sauce, topped with creamy smoked gouda cheese.
• The Mediterranean - Fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, arugula, feta cheese, and a creamy garlic sauce, finished with sundried tomatoes.
• Thai Red Curry Chicken - Sweet curry sauce topped with roasted chicken, crisp yellow bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, red onion, and mascarpone cheese topped with fresh lime slices, basil, and cilantro. Ask for it spicy if you like heat!
• Four Cheese - A cheese lover's dream! Fireside's blend of cheeses, mozzarella, fontina, shaved parmesan, and provolone.
• Pear and Gorgonzola - Bosc pears, gorgonzola cheese and red onion are baked to perfection over our garlic cream sauce. Finished with arugula, tossed in a hint of balsamic vinaigrette.
• Fireside Roasted Medley - We start with Fireside's marinara sauce and cheese blend, then top with roasted garlic and onions, peppers, tomatoes, goat cheese and garnished with fresh basil
• Hawaiian - Canadian bacon, juicy Hawaiian pineapple, and fresh red onions.
• Big Mountain - Loaded with Italian sausage, bacon, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon.
• Classic Margarita- chopped garlic, diced roma tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese topped with basil
• Pepperoni - A blend of mozzarella, fontina, shaved parmesan, and provolone cheeses topped with pepperoni.
• Buffalo Chicken - Zesty buffalo sauce, oven roasted chicken and our four cheese blend, topped with red onions. tomatoes, gorgonzola and fresh cilantro
• Gluten Free Pizza! - Available with Fireside marinara sauce and any combination of three of our gluten free toppings. Add $2 personal and $3 medium. Our gluten free pizzas are prepared in a kitchen that uses wheat products and flour.
