Poolside Cafe

On the west side of High Camp, overlooking the Lagoon & Spa, the Poolside Cafe is open daily serving lunch and dinner indoors and on the beautiful sundeck. The Poolside menu includes an expansive soup and salad bar, plus a wide selection of hot sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and much more.

Ride the scenic Cable Car to High Camp, el. 8200' and enjoy a lovely dinner at the Poolside Cafe overlooking the Lagoon and the upper peaks of Squaw Valley USA.

The High Camp Sunset Dinner Package is available when night operations are in effect. Reservations are strongly recommended. Please call 530-452-7278 in advance of your arrival to make your dinner reservations and ensure your spot.

The sun sets at about 8:30pm in late June and early July, between 8-8:15pm in late July and early August and around 7:30pm in late August. Sunset Dinner Package tickets are purchased at the base of the Cable Car at the ticket portal. If you would like to arrive earlier in the day to enjoy High Camp and then stay for dinner you may still take advantage of the dinner package with a purchase before 5pm for $51. The cost is $41 per person after 5pm. The ticket includes the Cable Car ride and a 3-course dinner at the Poolside Cafe with selections from a special menu (see menu below). Seating for dinner begins after 4pm.

Combine your dinner with a fun day at High Camp including rollerskating at the Olympic Ice Pavilion or enjoy a leisurely hike, a swim in the pool, or a soak in our high altitude spa before dinner (pool & spa open until 7pm). The use of the pool and ice rink are not included in the price of the dinner package. You may purchase pool or ice skating tickets at High Camp.
