Summer Wine Events at Squaw Valley
Art, Wine & Music Festival
This July, The Village at Squaw Valley welcomes the return of the Art, Wine and Music Festival with exquisite artwork, fine wine and new this year, internationally acclaimed classical guitar music. Now partnered with the Sierra Nevada Classical Guitar Society, this event is truly a delight for the senses. Wine lovers can sample offerings from 15 wineries, including elegant Pinot Noirs from the Robert Stemmler Winery and the Donum Estate, and vibrant wines from the Heck Estate’s Lake Sonoma and Valley of the Moon Winery.
When: Saturday, July 14 & Sunday, July 15
Time: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (wine tasting, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.)

Wanderlust’s Winederlust
Part of the Wanderlust Festival bringing world-class music and yoga to Squaw Valley, wine lovers can cozy up next to the outdoor fire pit and sample delicious wine selections while serenaded by live music soundscapes. Winederlust will offer a unique opportunity for festival attendees to kick back and enjoy a glass of vino from an impressive list of local, organic, and biodynamic wineries.
When: Thursday, July 26 - Saturday, July 28
Time: 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Where: Uncorked in The Village at Squaw Valley
Cost: $20 per day or $50 for all three days.
Wanderlust: Farm to Table Dinner
In addition to world-class yoga and music, the Wanderlust Festival brings a host of culinary treats to Squaw Valley. Wanderlust is working with local farmers and Squaw Valley's Chef Patrick to create shakti-infused treats, offering an exciting food journey comprised of the freshest and finest flavors and ingredients from Carson Valley and Grass Valley. Ticket includes a three course buffet-style feast, and two glasses of The Naked Grape wine (must be 21+ to drink). Space is limited.

Alpen Wine Festival
The 24th Annual Alpen Wine Festival will be held Sunday, September 4, 2011 at the Village at Squaw Valley to benefit Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, a national nonprofit organization and innovative provider of lifestyle empowerment programs for people with MS and their support partners. The $40 donation to Can Do MS includes a commemorative crystal wine glass, tastings from more than 40 vineyards, live music and a silent auction.
