Kids Can Stay and Ski Free at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows


[Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows, Calif.] December 17, 2012 – The Village at Squaw Valley is now offering a great deal for families looking for a winter getaway. Starting at $170 per person, per night – a 20 percent savings – guests who book a two-night stay in a one-bedroom condo at The Village at Squaw Valley get two free children’s lift tickets valid at Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows.* In addition to the kids stay and ski free package at The Village at Squaw Valley, kids 4 and under can ski and ride for free at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows any day of the winter season with no blackout dates.

Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are the best places to go for a family-friendly winter escape. In addition to skiing and riding, Squaw Valley’s SnoVentures Activity Zone center offers mini snowmobiles for kids ages 6 to 12 and enhanced snow tubing for the whole family, all conveniently located at the base of the resort. Also, nearby Resort at Squaw Creek offers dog sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing for guests of all ages. After skiing or riding, families can ride Squaw Valley’s scenic Aerial Tram to experience mountaintop dining and ice skating.
