#TeamSquaw has arrived in Sochi! The Winter Games are just 1 DAY away and we are getting ready to cheer on our athletes Julia Mancuso, Marco Sullivan, Travis Ganong and Nate Holland! To celebrate, we're hosting Winter Games Viewing Parties at Rocker@Squaw.

There’s plenty to do off the slopes during this holiday season at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Whether you’re looking for family activities, or a way to relax before the New Year, we’ve got you covered.

After receiving over two feet of fresh snow in the past week, the skiing and riding has been fantastic at Squaw Valley. The groomers have been fun with fresh corduroy to enjoy on Gold Coast, Red Dog, Squaw Creek, lower Exhibition and now Mountain Run.

Skiers and riders love beer and with perfect reason: It’s surprisingly loaded with hidden health benefits. Research has shown beer to boost bone density, supply B vitamins (necessary for energy), and fiber (helpful for digesting those wings). Of course, skiers really know that nothing beats a cold one after a long day on the mountain.
