Cornice Cantina Mexican Bar & Grill

This restaurant and bar's behavior changes with the position of the sun.  During the day it's a family-friendly grill featuring traditional Mexican fare that's easy on the wallet.  As the sun sets it transforms into a perch where locals swarm to catch a "shifter" PBR for a dollar.  Night falls, and inside the volume rises a notch as the Cantina becomes Squaw Valley's place for dancing, featuring DJs till 2am.  Cornice Cantina welcomes reservations and is available for hosting private parties as well.
