Who doesn’t love it when the ground starts to dry, the air feels warm, and green starts sprouting up everywhere? That’s what it’s like right now at Squaw Valley. While we’ve got some cool days when the wind whips up out of the east, most days it’s glorious out. The sun just feels so good!
With June 14th quickly approaching, the mountain is gearing back up for summer operations. The Village has been alive with the bustle of construction: jackhammers and caution-tape galore, restaurants are getting their deliveries, and our shops are revamping for an exciting June 14th opening!
This summer Squaw is offering an incredible array of activities, from tennis, roller skating, the pool, hiking, and disc golf at High Camp, to a new bean bag toss area, croquet, climbing wall, and slackline park in the Village! That’s all in addition to the regular biking, sky jump trampoline, ropes course, paintball, geocaching and miniature golf activities! Hop on the aerial tram with your 2013-14 Tahoe Super Pass, or with a day ticket to reach High Camp and all the amenities it has to offer.
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
